My Story
A Life Shaped by Barbering
I am Brahim, a professional barber, master barber, and barbershop owner with nearly 30 years of experience. My journey began at the age of 14, spending my school breaks and summer vacations at my friend’s uncle’s barbershop.
I started by sweeping the floor, keeping the shop clean, and watching professional barbers at work. Those early experiences inspired a lifelong passion. At around 17, I began working as a professional barber, building my skills through dedication and continuous learning.
From those first days in the shop to owning my own businesses, patience, perseverance, and a commitment to the craft have shaped my journey.

Casablanca Barbershop
After gaining professional experience, I opened my own barbershop, Montreal, in Casablanca, Morocco. It helped me grow as both a barber and a business owner.
European Barbering Techniques
I trained in European barbering techniques and studied at French and Italian barbering schools, developing my skills in classic and modern men’s styles.
L'Oréal Training
I gained experience in hair coloring through training associated with L’Oréal, adding another dimension to my professional skills.
Gulf Region Beard Work
Working in the Gulf region, I developed expertise in beard shaping, beard grooming, hair coloring, and men’s grooming, while expanding my experience with Asian haircut styles.
My international experience includes European, Asian, and modern men’s haircut techniques. Understanding different cultures and styles has helped me become a versatile barber.
My Career
From Casablanca to Cambridge

I opened Montreal, my own barbershop in Casablanca, and grew as a barber and business owner.
2United States
I immigrated to the United States and continued my career in Greater Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
3Bostonian Barbershop
I opened and owned Bostonian Barbershop on Newbury Street in Boston, bringing my international experience to a diverse clientele.
4Cambridge Barber Shop
Today I manage my current business, Cambridge Barbershop, with nearly 30 years of experience behind every service.

Today & The Future
Today I manage Cambridge Barbershop, focusing on high-quality haircuts, precise fades, professional beard grooming, and personalized service in a welcoming environment.
I am also working to develop a second business, CHAIR186 BARBERSHOP, as part of my vision for continued growth and expansion.
My goal is for every client to feel confident and valued. I remain committed to learning new techniques, sharing my experience, and growing in the barbering industry.
